Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions describe the rules for using this website and its member portal. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the terms shown for any product or request you choose. If you need clarification, contact support before submitting a request. These terms do not remove any rights that applicable law gives you.
1. Scope of the service
The platform provides account access, records, communication tools, and facilities for submitting financial and product requests where those facilities have been configured. A feature appearing in the interface does not mean that every member is eligible to use it, that a product is available in every country, or that an external service has already been provided. Availability depends on account eligibility, verification, the selected asset, and the applicable product terms. Creating a portal account does not by itself create an external bank account, issue a payment card, approve a loan, or complete an investment. A platform account number identifies your account within the service. Treat it as an external banking identifier only when verified banking instructions explicitly say that it is one. Illustrative website designs, example cards, statistics, and projections are not evidence of a licence, insurance coverage, an issued product, or a guaranteed outcome.
2. Eligibility and registration
Provide accurate and current information when registering and using the platform. You must have the legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement and meet any eligibility requirements shown for a product. Do not open an account for another person or organisation unless you are authorised to act for them and the service supports that arrangement. You are responsible for notifying support when information affecting your account changes. Access may require email verification, identity verification, transaction PIN setup, or additional security checks. Public information pages remain available without completing member verification. A request for additional information should be answered through the official portal or an independently verified support channel.
3. Account security and authorisation
Keep your password, transaction PIN, authentication secrets, recovery codes, and account-specific authorisation codes confidential. Use a unique password and enable available two-factor authentication. Do not share a signed-in device or allow another person to approve a transaction using your credentials. Sign out on shared devices and contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Some outgoing requests require extra code-entry steps after a valid PIN. Only the steps enabled for your account apply. Complete them within the displayed time limit. Failed attempts can temporarily lock verification, and changes to account requirements can invalidate an unfinished authorisation. Completing a security step authorises submission of the request; it does not establish that an external payment has settled. A code request is not, by itself, an instruction to send an additional payment or a statement that a government tax is owed.
4. Balances and account records
Available balance is the amount currently available for new requests in the selected currency or asset. Pending outgoing requests can reserve the requested amount and quoted fees, reducing the available balance before a payment completes. Investment applications may also reserve funds according to their terms. Deposits awaiting receipt confirmation do not increase your spendable balance. Different currencies and crypto assets are maintained separately. An amount in one wallet cannot automatically be spent from another wallet. Unless a separately disclosed conversion service is offered and accepted, a request must use the same asset from submission through settlement. Balances reflect recorded account entries; an apparent error should be reported with the relevant reference rather than treated as permission to spend an incorrect amount.
5. Deposits and payment instructions
Use only the payment instructions displayed for the selected method and asset. Check the beneficiary, reference, network, and minimum amount before sending funds. Do not assume that instructions copied from an old request remain current. Submitting a deposit notice or uploading evidence of payment does not mean funds have been received. Credit occurs after receipt has been confirmed and recorded. If funds are sent with an incorrect reference, to an unsupported network, or to an unintended destination, identification or recovery may be delayed or impossible. Contact support with factual transaction details. Never provide a private key, wallet seed phrase, or complete card security credentials as proof of a deposit.
6. Transfers, withdrawals, and processing
Review the destination, recipient name, account number or IBAN, optional SWIFT/BIC, currency, amount, and fee summary before confirming. Internal transfers may require a verified external bank account on file. Bank and wire transfers depend on the selected route and any institutions involved. Crypto transfers require the correct asset and network; similarly named tokens on different networks are not interchangeable. A successful submission means the request was received. Pending, completed, rejected, and cancelled are distinct statuses. Completion is recorded only when the applicable settlement or fulfillment evidence exists. Processing estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times. Verification questions, network confirmations, bank schedules, inaccurate instructions, and third-party interruptions may affect timing. Do not resubmit the same payment merely because a page is slow; check the activity record first.
7. Fees, limits, cancellations, and corrections
Fees and limits shown for your selected method apply to that request. Review fixed fees, percentage charges, and the total to be reserved before submitting. A new configuration can affect future quotes. If a quote expires or changes before authorisation is complete, you may need to restart the request and review the updated information. Any third-party charge should be distinguished from the platform fee; ask support if the total is unclear. A pending request may be cancelled where the portal offers that action. Rejection or cancellation releases the corresponding reservation, but it is not a refund of an external payment that has already settled. A completed transaction may not be reversible. Corrections and reversals require recorded supporting information and appear in the transaction history. Contact support promptly if you believe an unauthorised or mistaken transaction occurred; applicable legal rights and time limits remain unaffected.
8. Investments, loans, and cards
Read the specific currency, duration, amount limits, risk information, calculation method, and settlement terms before applying for a product. Investment projections are estimates and must not be treated as realised earnings. Performance can differ from a projection, and capital may be at risk. Returns appear as actual funds only when a documented settlement is recorded. No general website statement guarantees profit or removes product-specific risks. A loan application is not a promise of credit or disbursement. Approval and fulfillment are separate stages. Card access can depend on account settings and eligibility, and a card application is not an issued card. Banking or card details should be used only after verified external records have been provided. If a product has additional charges or payment instructions, those must be reviewed as part of its own application process.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, unauthorised access, attempts to bypass account controls, or the submission of false documents. Do not interfere with the service, probe another member’s private records, automate abusive requests, or use support channels to send threatening or unlawful content. You must have the right to submit any document, image, or information you upload. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate security concerns, meet applicable obligations, or address a breach of these terms. A restriction does not automatically erase account records or change ownership of funds. Contact support to understand the reason for a restriction and the process for resolving outstanding requests, subject to any lawful limits on disclosure.
10. Communications and support
Check your dashboard notifications and transaction history regularly. Email delivery may depend on your account details, delivery settings, and mail-provider filtering; an absent email does not determine whether a request exists or has completed. Use the status and reference on the receipt when contacting support. Keep your email address current and avoid sending sensitive credentials in ordinary email or support messages. You may raise questions or complaints through the Contact page or a signed-in support ticket. Explain the issue, include the transaction reference where relevant, and state the resolution you seek. Preserve related records. External escalation options and statutory rights depend on the service and jurisdiction; these terms do not require you to waive them.
11. Availability, responsibility, and changes
The website may experience maintenance, outages, or delays. Take reasonable steps to keep your own receipts and statements. Responsibility for loss depends on the facts, the product agreement, and applicable law; nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Links to external services do not transfer control of those services to this platform. These terms may be revised as the platform changes. The current text is available on this page. Material changes affecting existing agreements must be handled consistently with those agreements and applicable law. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. Contact support for the contracting entity, applicable jurisdiction, and product-specific terms before entering an agreement if they are not clear in the offer documentation.
